Due to limited land space, skyrise greenery has increasingly become an essential component of sustainable urban development. Encompassing both rooftop greenery and vertical greenery, skyrise greenery seeks to add a new dimension of integrating greenery into our urban environment.
In this course, we’ll introduce the design and construction of roof gardens, vertical greenery.We will cover the various types of roof gardens and vertical greenery with consideration for the types of plants, drainage, water management, external lighting, maintenance and relevant local codes that will contribute to a more sustainable environment.
